These terms and conditions apply to the AI Math Solver app and web service (hereby referred to as "Application") for both mobile devices and web browsers, created by Hantian Pang (also known as Skyler Pang, hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service.

By accessing or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring that the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, they reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider assures you that any charges will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided in order to provide the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account and access credentials.

1. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Web users may log out of their account directly on the website at any time.
To request the deletion of your account and associated data, please contact the Service Provider at aimathsolver@gmail.com.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misuse the Application.

3. Payment & One-Time Purchase

The Application offers a one-time purchase option for permanent removal of advertisements.
Payment is securely processed by Paddle. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Upon successful payment, the purchased benefit (permanent ad removal) is permanently tied to your account and will remain active for as long as your account exists.
The Service Provider does not store your payment card details. All payment information is handled exclusively by Paddle.

4. Liability & Responsibility

The Application requires an active internet connection to function. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of connectivity, including Wi-Fi unavailability or network outages.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate at all times, the Application relies on third-party data sources and AI models. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying on the output of the Application.
AI-generated math solutions are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They should be independently verified before being relied upon for any critical, academic, professional, or high-stakes use cases.

5. Artificial Intelligence

The Application incorporates Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to provide certain features. By using the Application, you acknowledge that AI may be used to process your inputs and deliver functionalities. The Service Provider ensures all AI usage complies with applicable laws and is designed to benefit the user experience. AI-generated results may not always be accurate and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.

6. Updates & Termination

The Service Provider may update the Application at any time. For mobile apps, updates may require downloading the latest version from the relevant app store. The Service Provider may cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time. Unless informed otherwise, upon termination: (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must cease using the Application.

7. Changes to These Terms and Services

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Services. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms and Services on this page. Continued use of the Application following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
